Brief Answer:
spinal stenosis treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxx, Thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Spinal canal stenosis is a painful condition. It impairs patient's daily routine by causing pain in limbs while walking.

The good thing is it resolves to great extent by its own. You can use acupuncture to get relief. It is harmless therapy. You should consult good therapist for it. You can also follow few other tips to get relief

: Avoid prolonged walking

: Avoid hyperextension of lower back

: Avoid lifting weight

: You can use tablet pregabaline or gabapentine or amitriptyline after proper prescription

: take tab S-Adenosylmethionine after proper prescription

: You can also take nerve specific vitamin like b12, folic Acid , pyridoxine, pentothanic acid, vibromin after proper prescription

Hope it will help you. If still in doubt, do let me know.

Thanks. Take care.
