Brief Answer:
Voltaren Gel is an OTC rub

Detailed Answer:
Hi

While it is important to avoid all movements that cause pain you should keep in mind that any over the counter NSAID can reduce the pain and inflammation in spondyloarthropathy. For that matter Tab ADVIL / MOTRIN (available OTC) will help even if you can take double dose they are safe unless you have kidney problems/Asthma or gastritis.

VOLTAREN is one topical pain reliever along with CAPSAICIN which can relieve mild pain. Add turmeric and ginger to your dishes that have anti inflammatory property. ice bags, early morning long and hot showers are really relieving.

Long term measures include losing weight, regular exercise, mindful conditioning and meditation.

I am already taking etoricoxib and tramadol is it likely to be the spondyloarthropathy which is related to my psoriasis or someone mentioned it sounds like labral tear?

Brief Answer:
Psoriasis can lead to arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Skin Psoriasis is known to progress to arthritis. You should meet a Rheumatologist for this. Labral tear is a result of the inflammation of the outermost tissue that keeps the ball in the socket. The tears can happen in Psoriatic arthritis.

However spondylolytic arthropathy is not common joints involved in Psoriasis.
