Brief Answer:
Get investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Spontaneous bruise is commonly seen in those who are on aspirin therapy.
This might be the most probable cause in your case. I
It is better to get investigated once again.
Get the following tests done.
1. CBC
2. BLeeding time
3. Clotting time
4. Peripheral blood smear to rule out atypical cells.
If these tests turn out to be normal and even then you have bruise, discuss with your doctor regarding reduction in dose of aspirin.
300 mg is a very high dose.
Let me know the results.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in ruling out other conditions.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you
