Suggest Treatment For Spots On The Testicles

Question: I have spots/lumps on my testicles. Some can be squezzed and puss comes out. Others are larger and cannot be squeezed. Currently in italy 4 1yr and am british
Thanks for contacting HCM. The spots that are on your testicles could be sebaceous cysts. These are normal findings on the testicles. I recommend that you not rupture these cysts as you can cause infection. The cysts are not dangerous and should not worry you.

Im in italy for a year and going to the doctors here can be difficult with the language barrier as im not familiar with all the medical terms. I have these spots/lumps on my scrotum and im not sire what they are. Some are smaller and can be squeezed others are larger and cant be squeezed. I was just wondering if someone could tell me what they are and how I could treat them to hopefully get rid of them
Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cysts
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for attaching a picture. Your picture is classic for sebaceous cysts. These are completely normal. They are benign and should not be ruptured. I can tell your very confidently that these lumps are all sebaceous cysts. You do not need to seek any additional medical opinion. You will have these lesions for the rest of your life but again it is completely benign.
I hope this answers your question. Please contact me again if you any further questions or have any additional information in your case.
