Suggest Treatment For Stiff And Swollen Knee
Question: After playing a round of golf yesterday I woke up this morning with a very sore, stiff and swollen left knee. If I sit for an extended period it is a little painful to straighten my leg then tender to walk on it. What treatment do you suggest I pursue? Thanks.
