Brief Answer:
You need evaluation by Ent/ gastroenterogist/ neurologist.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

in my opinion , your problems could be due to
1. your nauseating sensation and pain abdomen could be due to prolonged usage of pain killers or any other abdominal problems.
I suggest you antacids like proton pump inhibitors which is available over the counter in most of the countries. You should take it 30 minutes before food for 4 weeks.
If your symptoms persist please meet gastroenterologist to undergo an ultrasound abdomen and upper gi endoscopy.

2. Your head ache and pain behind the eye is related to allergy and sinusitis , please visit an ent surgeon to undergo CT paranasal sinuses and treatment with antibiotics, decongestant, steam inhalation.

3.Please get your vision checked with eye surgeon.

4. your cervical radiculopathy should be evaluated with MRI cervical spine and please meet a neurologist for the same problem.

Please immobilize the neck movements by the use of soft cervical collar and relaxing neck physiotherapy exercises.

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon/gatoenterologist/ neurologist. I do not advise any active treatment till you do this consultations and investigations.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
