Brief Answer: Get xray done. Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your query. It seems soft tissue injury or dislocation but exact diagnosis can't be made without xray. So I advise you to get xray of affected hand focusing that finger in AP, Lateral and oblique view done and send me report. Till then you can take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by discussing it with your doctor. Don't try to manipulate your finger. Try to avoid weight lifting as much as you can. If you have found my answer excellent then you can close discussion . I hope you have got your answer. You are welcome to ask any health related query. Thanks. Dr.Singh.
