![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: I had experienced stiff back and 3 months back and its reducing very slowly...i experienced a sudden pain when it started and pain vanished after taking diclofenac for just 2 days. I attended physiotherapy for 15 days...slight improvement. last 1 month i'm doing some exercises and taking methyneuron tabs.
i'm able to walk, swim and even drive only by evening the stiffness increases. Ihave attached MRI report and would like to know about your suggestion.

Brief Answer:
spondyloarthritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
in young age, you cannot expect this MRI finding..
By history, It seems that you have spondyloarthritis, you need to have a MRI - screening of pelvis and one blood test - CRP
MORNING STIFFNESS AND VERY GOOD CONTROL WITH DICLOFENIC IS TYPICAL OF SPONDYLOARTHRITIS..
Revert back with reports
Take care

Sorry I don't take dicclofenac regularly...I just took 3 tabs in last 3 months. I'm just doing regular muscle strengthening exercises and no pain so far just stiffness. However I will follow the advice and the test will follow soon
