Brief Answer:
Get tested this Ankylosing spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Do you have any more back pain that radiates to the lower limbs?

Are your stools dark or black in colour?

Are you able to bend forwards comfortably?

Usually constipation to that degree can occur if you are consuming less water, eating a low roughage diet.

A balanced diet with plenty of roughage in the form of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables with consumption of atleast 1-2 litres of water daily. You can also take stool softener like Cremaffin syrup, 3 spoons thrice a day. Apply hot packs to the back.

You can get tested for your Serum calcium because high calcium can cause constipation.

Stiff back can be due to variety of reasons but one needs to rule out Ankylosing spondylitis. A specific test called HLAB27 can be looked for in a blood test. It is the most specific test for this disease. Also it is best to get an Xray of your spine to look for the findings specific to Ankylosing spondylitis.

Kindly answer my questions for me to be in a better position to help you.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Sometimes it's pretty dark
And there somewhat roundish looking
Everytime I try explaining everything to someone they tell me it's caused by a ear infection or vertigo and I kno it's not that
Like it gets so bad at times I feel like I'm XXXXXXX passout or it makes me feel like I can't even walk
It's concerning to me that wheni do go to the restroom that there's this slime looking substance that's usually on the feces
For example when I wipe there won't be anything on the toilet paper it's usually in small pieces and there hard

Brief Answer:
Dietary modification, endoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.

If the stool is dark or black in colour, it indicates that there may be bleeding from the stomach.

Avoid spicy food, oily food, smoking or drinking alcohol. Drink Yoghurt, buttermilk and cool fluids. Do try the first I mentioned. If your stools don't get better then you can go for a colonoscopy or upper GI Endoscopy to look for any pathology that can cause this.

Get your blood pressure treated as high blood pressure can also cause giddiness while passing stool.
