Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Leg Despite Physical Therapy

I am diabetic type 2 with ankle surgery Orif 3-9-2015 been weight bearing since 4-3-2015 w crutches gone 5 times theraohy but got infection recently saw my doctor in ER
5-4 since going physical theraphy but my leg is stiff and therapist does electro with massaging warm towels and later massages my legs how long before stiffness goes away and leg is more flexible see my pics attached how it looks today and medication
Putting on leg twice daily. Orthopedic says if he has to clean out wound he would have to twice daily this creme but currently bern anemic since surgery and mild gastritis suffering from

I can understand your problem. Continue doing physical therapy. It might take 3-4 weeks more to stiffness goes away. Delayed healing is always a problem in diabetic patients. So you should be little bit more patience. Apply the cream as advised by your doctor and do regular exercises of your ankle.
