Brief Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX possibly some stomach infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Well if it's mild cramps in tummy with vomiting then possibly you are suffering from stomach infection which usually settles with some antacid like pantoprazole once a day with mild antispasmodic like cyclopam in consulting with your local physician.
However if pain is severe with lots of vomiting or accompanied by fever urinary complaints or loose stools or pain is radiating to back then may need urgent evaluation by tests like blood testing sonography etc.
If symptoms are mild however do not settle in two days may need to visit a Gastroenterologist as early as possible.
Hope this answers your questions
Wish you a speedy recovery
