Brief Answer:
Viral gastrointestinal infection..following suggestions...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the situation you are in.
Having stomach cramps might be related to possible viral infection of Gastro-intestinal tract.
I advise to take:
- PPIs to optimize stomach pH
- antispasmodics (e.g. buscopan, papaverin) to reduce the cramps
- if pepto bismol makes you vomit, take tasectan and probiotics to stop diarrhea
- BRAT diet (bread, rice, apple sauce, toast) and yogurt and light meal until improvement
If no improvement, should consult with GI specialist.
Wish fast recovery!
