Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.
It is possible that the amount of contaminated food was less or you have a strong immunity. This can control watery loose motions but having multiple bowel movements confirms irritation of the bowel due to a contaminant.
If there is no watery bowel movement then you can skip Rifagut 400 and continue the rest for a week.
Soft food is easy to digest and will not irritate the inner mucosa lining the bowel. This is to regularise stools and stop the feeling of stomach not being cleared.
If you remember that you had food from the road side stall then it was diarrhea but you are strong or ate in very small quantity and that is why did not have complete diarrhea.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
