localized in a circle around belly button and slightly up and to the left.
Peptic ulcer can be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Do you have any nausea, vomiting? Since when do you have this pain? Any diarrhea, constipation? Does it get worse after food intake? Do you have any lump in the umbilicus? Does lifting heavy objects worsen the pain?
From your description most probable reason of your pain is peptic ulcer. If so, the pain should be worse after foods intake, nausea can appear as well as lack of appetite. Stomach pain usually does not radiate to the back.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound should be done along with blood work. If this tests will be negative, gastroscopy should be considered.
In a meanwhile please try to avoid coffee, fatty foods, soft drinks, alcohol.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
