Question: Having stomach pain, rumbling in my stomach along with farting..
Stomach Is bloated and hard at times.

You should be examined clinically.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per your description, it looks like you have colicky pain.
It could be due to infection of the gut or Ureteric stone or gastritis.
You should be examined clinically for the location of exact site of pain.
You may need an Ultrasound abdomen for diagnosis.
I prescribe antispasmodic tablet and Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole to my patients with similar complaints before investigations.
I add a Pre and Probiotic capsule to my patients if they have loose stools with pain abdomen.
Nothing to worry.
Please take frequent small feeds
It will come down.

I did a abdominal/pelvic ctscan, waiting on results...now I'm feeling pain in chest? This is relived when I belched
