Suggest Treatment For Strong Urine Odour Along With Yellowish Discahrge
Question: My urine has been smelling extremely strong- like fremented fruit, sort of sweet, sort of like mildew. I have no itching, burning, or pain with intercourse. I do have discharge that is yellowish/ off white, with strange mucus clumps that aren't always moist but actually dry/crusty. I've increased my water intake, tried miconazole, probiotics, and azo. I took an at home uti test that said my leukocytes were normal and my nitrate level was way high. I have a strange discomfort after I urinate that goes away after about 10 mins.

You should get your urine routine and culture tests done.
It's advisable to get a gynecologist to examine you. The discharge you've, will be seen directly and if needed a smear may be taken.
The discharge may also be sent for a culture test.
Urinary infection may be a cause for the fruity odor you're getting.
The discharge may even be, due to a vaginal infection.
If it's an urinary infection, as seen on the urine culture test, a course of antibiotics will cure you.
Drink 8-10 glasses fluids daily. Excessive fluid intake doesn't give more relief.
