Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Stucco keratosis as you know are benign lesions but in case you get eruptions all of
a sudden involving larger part of body, it needs evaluation to look for any gastrointestinal malignancy.
The latest treatment options available for it is cryosurgery, laser, removal by Radiofrequency or electrocautery.
Else chemical cauterisation using Trichloroacetic acid also helps especially in case of multiple lesions.
They usually shed off in single session of cryo, laser, Radiofrequency or electrocautery.
You have already tried most of the advanced treatment options.
Stucco keratosis actually represents signs of ageing. It can be treated but cannot be avoided.
To some extent, eruptions can be controlled by preventing sun exposure using physical barrier and chemical sunscreen.
Erbium yag laser is an excellent treatment option. Co2 laser also works quite well in stucco and is also available in most od the centres.
Till the time you get to consult your doctor , you may use topical retinoids like retinoic acid 0.1 percent in night time.
You should discuss this with your doctor.
I am sure he will agree with this.
I hope it helps.
