Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are not specific to arrive at a possible diagnosis. The sudden dizziness may be related to sugar fluctuations or irregular heart beats or reduced cerebral perfusion. The blood reports show marginal elevation in fasting blood sugar and total cholesterol. I don't think it needs immediate attention now. Moreover this marginal elevation doesn't completely explain your symptoms.

I would recommend that you see a physician who will perform a through cardiovascular examination and order further investigations. In my opinion, the first set of tests needed include repeat blood sugar test - fasting as well as post prandial test, glycosylated hemoglobin (Hba1c) and ECG.

Yes, anxiety and personal issues can cause similar dizziness. However we can only be sure after other common ailments are ruled out. Visit your doctor for further evaluation.

Hope this helped.
