Brief Answer:
Require surgical correction only

Detailed Answer:
Hello , Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your attached reports as well.

As per the reports, you possibly seem to have Serous Otitis Media(SOM).
This is a condition of fluid accumulation in the middle ear cavity. This can cause hearing loss if not adequately treated.

This condition requires both medical and surgical management for effective cure.Drugs alone will not help.

So far you have received adequate medical therapy from XXXXXXX and other Clinics.

Now you need to undergo surgical correction.

I generally advise Myringotomy with PET(pressure equalized tubes)insertion. This procedure can correct hearing loss.

Please check with your Otolaryngologist with regards to above.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
