If you are using inhaler with spacer then no need to take nebulizer as inhaler with spacer give same effect as nebulizer.

It will be my decision. I am going to make a decision this weekend.

We have said I have no COPD but I have small airways disease causing breathing problems. If the SAD is inflamation from triggers in the house, then I must go soon. It seems to be getting worse daily, i notice it in the morning. Can that happen. where i am around the cats and triggers and they keep getting worse making the airways worse?

The cats belong to the members of the family, not me. The cats could not survive out of the house. they are to tame.

This is sad. I feel sorry for you.
You are leaving home because cats don't leave home.
Which family members like cats?
Don't you discuss with them about your triggering factor (cat)?

I back you in your decision.
And yes, you should also search for new job as soon as possible.
No worries for money as I know you are a wealthy man. Ha ha ha.
But without any job, I think your mind may think more about your breathlessness and small airways. So it is better to divert your mind by doing job.
What do you say?

This thread will end today, not sure how many left on this account, but I have another account that is ready so watch in case you do not hear back on this.

Yes I would need to divert my mind but that would be easy for a while. I have a number of things to do just to make my house liveable again clean, put things away. fix and repair. outside I have bad weeds growing to get rid of

I do have 3 job searches going on so lets be patient. i hope to hear on one today. They wanted to do interviews and hire someone very quickly
