Brief Answer:
Need to take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thank you for your Query.
First of all we need to evaluate whether she has bipolar disorder actually or other psychiatric illness.
as from history i think she might have personality issues or secondary depression to chronic medical illness for that we need to do complete mental status examination.
Any psychiatric clinic or nursing home is equipped with sedative injections and medicines so not to worry regarding how hospital or doctor controls her.
First of all take her to near or local psychiatrist and get admitted as according to history she will not accept medicine and need inject-able medicine.
Thank you
