Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
The blotch could possibly be either a superficial fungal infection (pityriasis versicolor) Or an Eczema Or a solitary mastocytosis
I would like to know whether is it smooth or flaky? Is it flat or raised? The size of it? Does it become red and raised when you scratch or stroke it?
Are there any associated symptoms like itching? Has it increased in size? Can you upload an Image in "Reports Section"?
Regards

Brief Answer:
Try an Otc antifungal cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Image.
I can see a single, red-brown, well defined patch. This could very well be a superficial fungal infection and topical antifungals are worth a trial.
I suggest you to try a topical antifungal e.g 1% clotrimazole cream Or 2% miconazole nitrate cream, which are available over the counter. You may use either of these, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.

I breastfeeding my 4 month old baby. And unable to use those creams. But its not raised or itchy. Is there anything else it could be?
Brief Answer:
Use topical antifungal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
A Superficial fungal infection is flat and is not necessarily itchy.
I suggest you to use an antifungal cream. Antifungals are safe during pregnancy and lactation. Just avoid applying it on nipple area so that it does'nt get into baby's mouth.
