Evaluation needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.
Reevaluation 3 months after treatment is recommended by the CDC. In your case both of you need to be re evaluated. Get your discharge if any from the urethra is again checked for chlamydia, gonorrhea, or other infectious organisms. The clarity of pictures is not very clear.
In some patients chronic epididymitis can develop which is more difficult to treat and may require 4 to 6 weeks of antibiotics. I advise that you should refrain from sexual activity and seek immediate medical treatment from your health care providers to prevent transmission of the infection to others and avoid long-term complications. It could also be a possible spermatocoele. Kindly visit a dermatologist and get evaluation done.
Take care.
Hope I answered your query
