Brief Answer:
Yeast infection or trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query to HealthcareMagic .

I have read your question and seen reports attached.

The swollen and irritated clitoris can be due to:
yeast infection
or trauma from rough intercourse

Hence I will suggest to try:
Sits baths with warm water adding iodine solution, one liter of water add 2 table spoon iodine solution or 5 ml,3-4 times per day
take over the counter creams with antifungal/corticostreroids, 2-3 times per day for 3-5 days
avoid intercourse until you will feel better

If you will not feel better after you will follow this advice then seeing your gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your question and please feel free for any further discussion.

Best regards
