Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Leg

Question: So I went to try on my ski boots as I am supposed to go skiing this upcoming weekend and noticed my left leg is swollen. It is so swollen I cannot get my ski boots on around the calf on left leg. It does not hurt to walk or anything but you can definitely feel the pressure. Should I be concerned?
Brief Answer:
Better to have yourself examined and investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
If only your left leg and the calf alone are swollen and if there is any pain, tenderness or redness, there is a possibility of a clot in the leg veins. It would be good to see a doctor, have yourself investigated with a doppler examination of the veins and with the blood test for D dimer which will help in deciding whether you have the condition or not.
Take care,
