Brief Answer:
Mouth ulcerations viral

Detailed Answer:
Thank your for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have oral ulcerations that are getting worse. This is unfortunate but that usually happens. To help reduce the pain I recommend for my patients to take a half solution of Benadryl and half Maalox. Take the solution swish and spit every hour as needed. The Benadryl helps numb the ulcerations and the Maalox helps coat the ulcers and allows them to heal.

There is no medication that helps heal these ulcerations. Your body needs to fight the infection on its own.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact me again with your health care questions and concerns
