Question: Hi,

I am having a personal problem. I am noticing some discomfort in my right testicle. When I check, I see the size is not normal compared to the other and there seems to be some kind of lump. How do I need to proceed and which speciality doctor I need to consult for this. Thanks,
doctor

Brief Answer:
USG advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

This could be a case of Epididymitis, Epididymal cyct or obstructed small hydrocoele.
I would suggest you to get an USG scrotum immediately. It is very important to get it examined immediately by a doctor.
I would suggest you to consult Urologist

Hope this helps.

Regards
