Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Breasts

Question: Hello,

My nipples are really big( Both of them ). I am 25 years old. They don't hurt me , they are just too big and I feel uncomfortable. I went to my regular doctor and he told me that an option It is surgery but I don't want to have surgery.

Is there any cream that I can use?

Treatment of male breast enlargement (as I can see you have entered the details as 24/M) vary from it's reason but if it is not from hormonal imbalances (due to increased estradiol) then only surgery can help you .

To help you to determine the reason of bigger nipples I will need some more details :

How old were you when you noticed a change in your breast size ?
Does the condition run in your family ?
Have you noticed a difference in your nipple size ?
Have you had any discharge or pain ?
How's your overall health ?
Do you drink alcohol, on any drugs, or have you had infertility problems ?

I was 18 years old. I don't think it runs on the family. I am the only one who has it. My nipples are big. Sometimes I do have a little discomfort. My health is good and I don't have any other problems. I don't drink. I have attached a picture.

I have see your picture you have attached .

It is a gynecomastia or big breast .
As I have mentioned above doctor should determine the reason of gynecomastia ,after doing your hormonal panel as testosterone and oestrogen.
Hence you should contact with an endocrinologist.
If your hormones will be imbalanced ,you can start with medical treatment .
If this treatment doesn't give effect than you should go for surgery.
