Brief Answer:
It could not be related to kidney disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Swelling of the foot due to kidney disease usually affect two lower limbs. In your case, only one foot is affected.
It could be simple edema. No specific treatment is necessary.
If it is red and painful, it is Cellulitis.
If you are still worried about kidney, you may get kidney function tests done. Your local doctor will know about it. And if the kidney function tests are normal, get a Colour doppler of the affected lower limb.
Wish you good health.
Regards.
