Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Swelling groin area which is painful to touch and was there 9 months ago which got aspirated and tested, now recurred for 3 weeks, need further work up and clinical correlation as that swelling in thigh could be any thing, it could be a cyst, some local collection, some pus filled pocket, a swollen lymph node, it needs examination and also if possible sharing prior record would have helped a lot.

For constipation, some laxatives, more fluids and fibers, early morning post breakfast defecation efforts, regular exercise to keep the bowels moving will help. Fatigue is a symptom that could be due to this swelling or constipation or generalized. It needs complete clinical correlation to sort out. If symptoms are intolerable, you can request an early schedule of appointment for swelling assessment.

I hope it helps.Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
