Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Left Thumb Knuckle

Question: I have an itching/burning, swollen knuckle on my left thumb that I thought was poison back in August. Although I've used a cortosteroid cream, it keeps coming back. I also have a nodule that appeared on my left index finger, right on the middle joint. I am constantly tired, and I've also had trouble breathing. I had to use a rescue inhaler for the first time in years a couple days ago. In addition to these symptoms, I've been pressing my thumb and index finger together, which although I know causes pain, I continue to do it. I often wake up to numbing/tingling in my left wrist. I also have no energy, at all. I'm very frustrated and concerned. These symptoms seem trivial, but when combined, they're debilitating. I'm a first grade teacher, and couldn't go to work today. These symptoms magnify when I'm dealing with stress.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well I have gone through your problem , you have reported multiple issues whether they are related or not cant be said . I want to know whats your uric acid level and what BP medication you are taking as they can also increase uric acid levels . The pictures that you have sent raise a doubt towards gout . I would like to see your recent blood reports if any , else will need to do blood tests to rule out any pathology . Fibromyalgia is also a possibility in your case . Also let us know how you want us to help you and what is your exact query .
Take care.
