Suggest Treatment For Swelling Near The Uvula And Nasal Congestion
Question: I have woke this morning to find a swollen soft pallets areas, on each side of my uvula. Throat is dry and scratchy. No fever. Began with runny nose, congestion, and drainage and occasional dry cough. Symptoms started with runny nose 5 days ago, followed by nasal congestion. Swelling not seen until today.
After looking at some photos of throat anatomy, the swelling areas may be my tonsils instead of my earlier description of soft palat. The swelling seems to be on either side of my uvula, but behind the uvula/palate 'curtain'
