Brief Answer:
Get x-ray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Get your xray of affected foot focusing big toe done in AP and Oblique view done and send me the report. I want to see any fracture in bone of your big toe. If there is no fracture then, I will advise you to visit your family physician. He will remove the toe nail so that the new (not damaged) toe nail can grow. We can also let it fall naturally, but chances are that it may grow back damaged. So getting it removed by family doctor is a better choice.

Till then try to avoid running and jumping, apply beta-dine ointment over the toe and take 1 tab aceclofenac+serratiopeptidase three times a day.

I hope it helps.
