Suggest Treatment For Swelling Under The Jaw

Question: Hi, I just noticed swelling under my right jaw yesterday and today it has doubled in size. It is very obvious in that you can see it very well. It is somewhat tender and warm to the touch. Warm compresses seem to help with the swelling. Any advice as to what I should do?
