Question: Tx for hornet sting to the eye
Brief Answer:
Supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Immediately one should try to remove the stinger form the site with finger or tweezers what ever way is possible. After that wash with soap and water and apply some cold compress over there like ice pads etc to prevent inflammation and swelling meanwhile rushing to ER to get a steroid shot, antihistamine shot and if needed epinephrine shot. After that use of antihistamines and some pain killer like advil for the next few days.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
