Brief Answer:
Other relevant medical details necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the mentioned detailed. However, there are a number of things to consider before being able to comment on whether something can be done. The first thing that I need to know is your blood pressure and if you are on some medication. Certain blood pressure medications like amlodipine can cause swelling of feet. In such a case substituting it with other alternatives should resolve the problem.
About 'water on the brain', the details are inadequate. It would be helpful if you can upload the medical details/notes and concerned reports so that I would be better able to help you out. You can upload them using the facility on the upper right of this page and I would be glad to help.
Regards
