It is not clear what type of diabetes you have and the duration.
Since you have anemia, we need to rule out few things especially if you have Type 1 diabetes. We need to rule out vitamin B12, B1 and B6 deficiency as a cause of neuropathy. You also need to rule out thyroid dysfunction as a possible cause of swelling in legs and neuropathy.

i have diabetes type 2 and i had a kidney, liver test as well as it b 12 and t4 and tsp all came back clear. i live in the use
i had a full test done with the doctor hormone test absolutely everything but i m still struggling with the swelling problems
