Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet, Legs, Arms And Hands
Few suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
good day and welcome to health care magic.
It is not clear what type of diabetes you have and the duration.
Since you have anemia, we need to rule out few things especially if you have Type 1 diabetes. We need to rule out vitamin B12, B1 and B6 deficiency as a cause of neuropathy. You also need to rule out thyroid dysfunction as a possible cause of swelling in legs and neuropathy.
May i recommed following tests?
1) Kidney profile: Urea, creatinine, Urine albumin.
2) Liver function tests.
3) Vitamin B12
4) Free T4 and TSH.
Where exactly in middle east are you living ?. You may need to visit an endocrinologist in your area.

Swelling in feet
Detailed Answer:
If sugars and other tests are normal, most common causes of swelling have been ruled out. Anemia and Neuropathy can cause swelling in feet. In your case, You probably need a direct examination by a doctor and that may help to solve the issue. Even an echo test of heart may be necessary if clinically indicated ( after examination).
