Hello young lady,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks a lot for your swift response.
As you got relief from monostat so one thing is clear that you have yeast infection which got bit relieved.
Now there are basically two possibilities of the bumps: the one is simple inflammation of the hair roots called as folliculitis and the other of herpes.
If you don't have facility to take good resolution pictures then any picture by which the bumps are visible will also help. So you can send few pictures where at least the bumps are visible.
Tell me the exact date of last unprotected intercourse with your boyfriend.
For the interim of help I suggest you to take an anti inflammatory drug such as ibuprofen or diclofenac or paracetamol for twice daily after meals.
Wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments to be changed twice daily.
Do compression with a towel soaked on cold water for 3 to 4 times a day.
Do not sit for long hours and avoid hot and humid climate. Also avoid intercourse for a week period.
Do not try to touch or pinch or pop the area as can secondarily infected.

Simple inflammation of the oil glands.
Detailed Answer:
Hello young lady,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks a lot for taking pains to send pictures.
In dermatological problems it is of utmost important to see the pictures and make sure of the diagnosis.
Now let me first and foremost reassure that your condition is totally normal and is not related to herpes.
As I suspected of the other diagnosis of simple inflammation of oil glands....so is the same mild folliculitis only.
The redness and swelling is due to fungal infection as well as due to bit vigorous intercourse.
As you used monostat once so your fungal infection is bit cleared. But still the inflammation and the folliculitis part is remaining.
My suggestions are as before as given in the previous mail.
Follow all the suggestions from one to all and mist specifically avoid intercourse for 1 week.
Additionally use monostat after 3 days to clear rest of the yeast infection if any.
The bumps will go down by the cold compression and the tablets suggested in previous email. Additionally in my patients I also suggest tablet Claritin for two times a day. It reduces the irritation and itching sensation.
Do the suggestions for next 24 hours and give me follow up accordingly.
Do not at all even touch the area out of anxiety as can lead to further inflammation.
I hope these informations will relax your mind. I will be glad to answer any further queries.

recommend an oral antibiotic for early recovery.
Detailed Answer:
Hello young lady,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks for the follow up.
If you had been in committed relationship with single person then there is nothing to be worried about anything serious.
The only part as the bumps are increasing shows more hair root and oil gland inflammation and infection. In such kind of cases I always recommend an oral antibiotic ( such as Cefixime 200 mg for two times) and a topical antibiotic such as mupirocin for two times.
Rest of the measures are as before. You can take antibiotics in direction of your family physician on prescription.
I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
