Swollen Vaginal Lip. What To Do To Reduce The Swelling?

I havents had sex, but I wa messing around with my boyfriend and after I noticed on one side of my labia or the lips by my vagina was swollen like a balloon! And it s really dry down there. It s uncomfortable and I have school and sports to go to tomorrow. I m scared to tell my parents so will it go away on its own? Is there anything I can fo to help it go down? What is wrong with me???
