Brief Answer:
Amoxycillin and Metronidazole will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The swelling of labia minora is likely to be due to frictional rub or a bacterial infection. To control the infection you can use Amoxicillin and Metronidazole in thrice daily doses. In case there is no relief in next 3 days then you need to consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab test done to find the antibiotic best for you.
Keep the area clean and wear only cotton undergarments.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
