Question : Dentist discovered swollen lower right gland. Dr. ordered blood test, upper g i and ct of soft tissues.\
I just saw someones comment about pain in base of skull, I have had that also but dismissed it as poor posture on computer. I am 72 female, diabetic under control with insulin knee joint replaces 7 mo. ago.

Regarding the gastrointestinal tract there are several different ways to study this. This might include an x-ray with contrast material or actually looking inside the gastrointestinal tract with the camera. This latter study is usually done by a gastroenterologist.
