Brief Answer:
CT scan is not ideal for evaluating breast lesions.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
I have gone through all the images.
There is a heterogeneous area in right breast. It may be due to many causes and it is too early to conclude cancer.
CT scan is not ideal for evaluating breast lesions.
You may need MRI.MRI is the investigation of choice.
Before MRI, Sono-mammography may be advised.Biopsy may be taken if needed.
Only biopsy can assess exact nature of lesion.
So,don't worry and please go for systematic evaluation.
Abdominal findings are normal.
Get well soon.
