Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck

C2 on the left confirmed by CT. The epitrochlear node was pal pared clinically.
I can feel nodes growing in my armpit and a few bumps over my left clavicle, but I am obese and my doctor could not find them.
My doctor wants to do nothing, and I'm not sure that's the best choice. Should I push for a biopsy?
I also have a 1 cm thyroid nodule, a slightly elevated WBC and a slightly depleted hematocrit.
ANA positive titer 1:1280
Doctor also thinks this isn't significant.
Any clarity you could provide would be most appreciated.
You should investigate for lymphnode enlargement.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have multiple enlarged lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis or lymphoma.
You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of your largest neck node. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment according to diagnosis. For thyroid nodule go for neck ultrasound. Your may not have any relation with lymphnode enlargement. Continue your treatment for that.
Give me follow up with your biopsy or FNAC report.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
