Question : I have squamous cell cancer attached to my lymph nodes and now spread to my chest. They don't know where the primary started and its stage 4. I have been coughing up a lot of mucous and in the last week coughing up blood, does this mean I don't have long to go.

Hello dear. I understand your concern. Your cancer has spread to lungs and it is eroding lung tissue and small blood vessels, thats why you are coughing blood. You require chemotherapy sooner as it will control both bleeding and prolong your survival. No need to worry.
