Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Jaw

I have swollen lymph nodes under my jaw. They are around 1.2cm and there are many that are swollen. It started with a hard lump under my chin and now there are many which are softer, but the one directly under the centre of my chin is hard a larger. I have had ultrasound and FNA. The FNA did not show anything but reactive lymph. I have had this for 18 months now and no answers. I have a big double chin now from the swelling. I had teeth removed (wisdom tooth and another tooth that were playing up so try to eliminate that as the cause) but 4 months later still swollen lymph. Blood tests are normal.
I have hair loss and fatigue for the past 4-5 years and all over body aches. I am always exhausted.
My throat is often sore and my lymph feel so big sometimes I feel it is weird to swallow.
I have very stressed about this and I had to quit work because I feel so sick all the time. I can't get any answers from my usual Dr. as he seems to think that there are no tests to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Both Ultrasound and FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) can be inconclusive regarding malignancy.
In order to rule out the possibility of a malignant disorder, excisional lymph node biopsy would be the investigation of choice.
This would be pertinent especially in light of failure of the nodes or lumps to regress despite treatment with antibiotics.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
