Suggest Treatment For Swollen Penis Post Masturbation
Question: Hi. My penis is swollen since 3 days. the swelling must be due to multiple masturbation i had been through 3 days back. How long should I wait for the swelling to go away? Are there any precautions I should take while the penis is swollen?

1. It is actually not possible for me to make if the whole penis or glans portion is swollen as I dont know how my penis used to look earlier, but there is small lump at the bottom of my penis but the middle area of the penis seems to be swollen as in the said area I had a burning sensation earlier and swelling as well.
2. My glans is of pink colour by default. No discharge or abrasions.
3. No circumcision.
4. No medication for swelling.
5. No difficulty in passing of urine.
6. No burning micturation. No fever. (Although I get slight headache in between)
Also, i am FEELING swelling in pubic area where testicles and penis meet pubic area at the bottom end of penis. I feel this swelling especially when I bend. Also, sometimes I feel burning sensation at the tip of my penis.
Please help.

As per your description everything appears to be normal.Discomfort is because of multiple masturbation.
a.According to me burning sensation is due to breach in the inner lining of the penis which is due to excessive masturbation.Burning gradually subsides within next 2-3 days(not more than a week's time) by itself and there is absolutely no need to panic.
b.Swelling in your groin is due to swollen lymph nodes.Lymph nodes(of that particular region in the body) swell when your body tries to fight infection.This is called reactive lymphadenitis & it reduces(swelling disappears) as the infection subsides.
I would examine the groin and genital region if the burning sensation or groin/penile swelling increases.Do not masturbate since this might aggravate your symptoms.There is no need of medications at this juncture.
