Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
From the history it appears to be an allergic reaction only. As the allergy is more at night it can be due to some change in bedding or something she eats in dinner or it can be due to her night clothes. Give antihistaminics if there is any reaction. Try to spot out the allergic agent. If she continues to have allergy, get a skin allergy test done to spot out what she is allergic to and also consult a physician.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Thanks and regards

Yup im still trying to find out the cause if the allergy. Do u think tamarind candy can be a culprit? Usually how long does the allergy stay until it clears. At least i know more or less if it last a week or so at least i wont be too worried why it still come back. Thanks

ALLERGIC REACTION
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow up query
Any allergic reaction if once subsides either spontaneously or on medication, it will come back only if a person is again exposed to the agent causing allergy.
If she is having allergic reaction everyday despite of medicines, get a skin patch test done and also IgE and eosinophil levels done.
My advise is please changchange the bedding and if possible keep the bedding in Sun for few hours. Watch out for anything new she has started eating or using like a soap or anything else.
Along with antihistamines also give her montelukast once daily. This will help to taper the allergic reaction. All the medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription.
