Brief Answer:
needs er physician consultation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having facial injuries.

As per your clinical derails, it appears to be blunt trauma of face. As such, you require ER physician's consultation to rule out the depth of injuries by x- ray and local examination.

Anyway, as already 36 hours are passed ( no bleeding, no swelling, no fits), brain injuries seems likely. So you can take simple analgesic, like brufen 400 mg for pain. Remaining treatment can be started after the consultation of your primary doctor.

Kindly get back to me, if you have additional questions. I will be happy to answer your questions

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Conservative treatment

Detailed Answer:

Hi again,

If you have no such signs & symptoms of headache, vision blurring, nausea, vomiting, fits, restlessness, it indicates that your brain status remains absolutely normal.

As these are all signs of increased intra-cranial pressure, which you do not have.

Headache and radiating earache are quite common with such traumatic injuries.
Keep your head in at least 30`elevated position.

Pain killers like diclofenac/ brufen/or simple paracetamol added with serratiopeptidase twice daily will help in reduction of pain & swelling.

Cold compression on the affected area will give good temporary relief 3 to 4 times daily.

Any doubts, please put forward, sorry for the delay.
All the best, Take care.
