he had last drink about 6 pm he will wake in the middle of the night and drink, in the morning he will have a half cup of coffee and then a drink, oh he drinks vodka and Kool-Aid he also has used crack and other drugs in the past, he started at a young age I am concerned he has no desire to function in the real world except for work and is now pushing the limits there, I want to call 911 but he will resist and then get mad , his eyes were dilated and red, and he takes his meds with a drink. I am scared for him. WE live in a valley on a mountain surrounded by mountains 50 miles from anywhere we have a clinic, his doc, name is Amaskito, check him once a year for med renewal no blood work in over 11 years that I know of.
Brief Answer:
call emergency services asap.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for reverting back.
I have gone through your details.
In my opinion, your husband is intoxicated.
The best primary management in such case would to keep checking his vital signs like temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure and respiratory rate.
In an intoxicated person, any drug is best avoided.
You can surely call 911.
He should be investigated sincerely including liver and kidney, complete blood work and further tests if needed.
De-addiction treatment must be instituted for him as inpatient under doctor's supervision.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
