Question: I AM SUFFERING FROM CHEST PAIN DUE TO ALLERGY AS DOCTOR CONFIRMED THROUGH THE STUDY OF CT SCAN OF CHEST, X RAY OF CHEST , BLOOD TEST AND MORE. DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME MONTEK LC FOR THE CHEST PAIN . I TOOK THE SAME FOR THREE MONTHS AND I WAS OK, BUT WHEN I LEFT THE MEDICINE FOR 7 DAYS BACH AGAIN PAIN STARTED WITH SNEEZING. NOW I WANT TO KNOW CAN I CONTINUE MONTEC LC AND IF I CONTINUE THEN HOW LONG. I FEEL I HAVE PROBLEM FROM COLD, SMOKE AND DUST

Better to continue montek LC.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are mostly having allergic rhinitis.
So avoid allergens like dust, smoke, pollution, pollens etc.
And continue montek LC. Also start intranasal steroid containing spray. This will give you more relief.
And allergy treatment lasts long. After 6-8 months, we need to taper down drugs and spray.
